The stainless steel urethral dilator consists of two rods that are inserted into the urethra, attached to a structure connected to the glans ring. Simply slide the ring past the head of the penis and use the two wing screws to gently spread the sides of the urethra apart.

Ideal for CBT practices or for controlled stretching of the urethra, the Urethral Stretcher guarantees intense stimulation and precise results. The stretching can be adjusted up to 2 x 3.5 cm, with an internal ring diameter of 3.2 cm.
